All products offered by BJLive!, excluding software products and batteries, have a 2-year factory defect warranty. Additionally, in the first six months, the warranty includes collection at the distributor's office or exceptionally at the end-users address.
In order to process the repair of material under warranty, it is essential to complete the Repair Request and attach a copy of the product's sales receipt. If the invoice is not available, the order reference can be attached.
